I believe that healing looks different for everyone—and so does therapy! I work with individuals of all ages, from young children to adults, navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, eating disorders, behavioral issues, family and relationship issues, and parenting stress. Most of my previous work has been with children and parents in school settings, which has given me a deep understanding of the unique stressors families face and how to support growth at both the individual and systemic levels. While I integrate a range of therapeutic approaches, I often draw from CBT and person-centered techniques to support meaningful, lasting change. I believe everyone deserves a space that feels safe, collaborative, and uniquely tailored to who they are. My role is to walk alongside you with compassion, flexibility, and respect for your individual experience. Starting therapy can feel like a big step, but you are not alone! Whether you're reaching out for yourself or a loved one, I'm here to listen, support, and help you progress. Feel free to reach out with any questions—I'd be honored to walk alongside you on your journey. I am available in-person in Santa Barbara and can provide telehealth options as well. Schedule a consultation to see if I am a good fit for you. I accept a wide range of insurances or my cash rate is $150.

While there is no blueprint to life, if you have a history of adverse life experiences, or come from an unstable home, you may feel like the "house" of your life is built on sand and you are unable to withstand life's storms. If you are living with unresolved trauma, a diagnosed condition, are shouldering a new burden, are reeling from grief, or if you have quietly battled mental health symptoms or addiction for years you may feel broken and unable to recover. Yet, my personal and professional experiences have taught me it is through experiencing brokenness we emerge our most resilient. By addressing these issues with the help of a therapist you can rebuild stability, restore your foundation and in the process enhance your natural tendency to grow. As an attachment focused therapist I aim to help Client's restructure internal and interpersonal patterns that feed symptoms and distress, so they can live meaningful lives and thrive. No matter what your story is, you are capable of healing. If you are ready to rebuild, or maybe you just have a leak in the roof, I would love to help.
