Mia Serge

I have a Psychology degree from University of California, Santa Barbara and a Master of Psychology degree from Antioch University. I have tremendous experience working with the youth. A major focus in my work has been surrounded upon improving mental health through developing coping skills, anxiety management and helping to aid growth within the family system. I am incredibly passionate about the therapy process which comes with empowering others.

Most of my career has been spent working with youth and their families through school-based therapy programs.  I utilize play and art therapy techniques, along with psychoeducation from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.

My goal is to work with you to find what works for you specifically. In every session, you will be met with kindness and unconditional positive regard.
