Hello! I am a therapist at Mountford Therapy Group.

About Me.

Thank you for being here today. I am deeply committed to creating a safe,
compassionate, and culturally responsive environment. I work alongside
individuals, couples, and families as they navigate life’s challenges and transitions.
My background includes extensive experience in supporting clients from diverse
backgrounds, including those navigating trauma, identity, or mental health
concerns.

My mission is to honor each client’s unique story while empowering them to
access their inner strengths, build resilience, and move toward healing and growth.
I believe that therapy is a collaborative journey, and that meaningful change begins
with trust, curiosity, and a willingness to explore new perspectives.

I approach therapy with empathy, respect, and authenticity. I am highly attuned to
cultural and identity-related dynamics, and I strive to ensure my clients feel seen
and heard without judgment. Behavior is a form of communication and work to
understand the underlying messages behind emotional or behavioral patterns. I
maintain firm therapeutic boundaries while creating an environment of safety and
mutual respect.

My therapeutic approach integrates various modalities to best suit your individual needs, goals, and strengths. These include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Trauma-Focused CBT for addressing thoughts, behaviors, and trauma; Person-Centered Therapy for self-discovery; Solution-Focused Therapy for practical solutions; Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT) for emotional transformation; Narrative Therapy for empowering life stories; Strategic Family Therapy and Family Systems Therapy for family dynamics; Gottman Method Couples Therapy for relationship enhancement; and Attachment-Based Therapy for healing relational wounds.

My cash rates are $150 for individual (50 minutes) and $175 for couples therapy (80 minutes).
